So good. Every pastry we have tried has been so delicious and fresh. Prices are very affordable too.
Best white chocolate macadamia cookies I've ever had. Everything I tried was good. Each pastry is individually wrapped and you can use a tray to pick out what you want, then go to pay for everything. You can order a drink at the register too. We received great customer service.

85°C Bakery Cafe offers a wide variety of bread and pastries. The white chocolate macadamia cookies are the best, and everything tried was good. Each pastry is individually wrapped, and customers can use a tray to pick out what they want, then go to pay for everything. Drinks can be ordered at the register too. The cakes looked delicious, and the drinks were pretty good. The Vietnamese coffee and goodies were delicious. The spicy sausage and the classic sea salt caramel are favorites. The place is very clean with a wide variety of items in stock, and the bread is very soft and fresh. The customer service is great and super friendly. It can get busy, especially on a Sunday afternoon when tables were full. There are 2 kiosks inside to order from instead of waiting in the cashier line. It seems like an organized, efficient place. They just need more indoor seatings. For those who know this place, it is amazing when it comes to food, service and atmosphere. But just like a traditional bakery, not all items will be available. By 1pm until closing all you can get is what is available, so get there early for more items to chose from. It is a must have in Kern County.
