I brought my grandma here for a dessert lower in sugar. I loved seeing that their specialty was fruta preparada. We went with two mangoes on a stick with chamoy. They made our mangoes into a cute flower. Deliciously ripe and it reminded me of the mangoes Mexico. I can't remember how much that I paid but I remember it was on the pricey end for a mango. The important thing is that grandma left happy!
Came here with my cousin for a mangonada, per Yelp's recommendation. I feel like this would be surprising to anyone who knows me well, but this was my first time ever ordering a mangonada, anywhere. It was everything I hoped it would be, and then some. They gave me the works: Mango ice cream with Tajin, chamoy, tamarind candies, and a tamarind coated straw. Came here and got a gazpacho. They have so many items on their menu that I wasn't quite sure what to get. The next time I come I want to get a Diablito. The service was great. The two ladies were kind and patient. There is seating an all. Not elegant but "Mexican home like"- nice little hole in the wall.
