How about you complain to property Management and get rid of the hobos in your area. Complain everyday. Complain multiple times a day. Call the police. Just do something rather than nothing. Cashier was kinda rude and didn't want to ring up my 3 Vons items after cashier at checkout sent me over there. So I ended up ordering a venti caramel frappuccino. Girl that made drink was super friendly.
