Went for lunch They've removed the menu and forced everyone to the kiosk to order. However, the kiosk isn't loaded with everything (ex. jalapenos). Even the shift lead is put out to get you the cup for your drink. They clearly don't want you in the store and if you do, you're doing it yourself and you're getting poor service . As long as you go through the drive-thru, service is good.
Terrible terrible customer service, very extremely slow on delivery orders, messing up orders left and right and never anybody at the counter to take an order, 20+ minute wait for a simple order, waited almost an hour for a burrito & 2 tacos, this service needs new staff or getting more training, it can never fail.
