“On the road to Palm Springs and found Gramma’s for a late breakfast. Cute place walking I. Takes you back in time. Food was tasty but make sure if you order the banana nut bread (too sweet for us) that you order it warm. Friendly service but slow. Slower than molasses in January. Slower than gramma at 95. Unless you’re in a hurry, this is a good place to get a bite. We’re adding it to our road trip list of good places to eat.“

“The food was great. I got the beef dip with zucchini and fried mushrooms. Everything was delicious. It was busy so the service was slow. We didn't really see our waitress except when she took the order and when she brought the food. I would definitely recommend them.“

“Sizzler for Banning is the place where everybody goes families friends. If you want to go out for a nice meal, sit down. Enjoy a wonderful salad bar that I know people that have driven all the way in from the desert to enjoy scissors the place to go. It's great for any age group. “Wonderful staff and management! Although I go in to the restaurant, I called and let them know an item wasn't on their online menu and they added it right then and there. Excellent service in house and even when you're ordering for delivery or pickup. The food is great, even with delivery.“

“We came for breakfast and the server was quick on her feet, easily agreed to compromises on my dish and made sure we got our food in a timely manner. The food itself was hot, abundant and absolutely delicious. We both got generous portions of everything we ordered an all was consistently delicious. Even the biscuits and gravy were phenomenal and fresh. We will definitely be returning!“

“OMG we came to eat here we got the jr hamburger meal and fried zucchini they were amazingly good we are from out of state and we ended up eating there every day for 5 days the largest menu and largest variety of food I’ve ever seen in a fast food. We’ve ordered something different every day and it was just amazingly good. Their burgers are super good. They give you plenty of food. They’re avocado, bacon cheeseburger really good. Their zucchini was just out of this world. I would give this a far more than five stars if I could, and I really suggest you try this place whenever you’re near it, you won’t be disappointed. They have Mexican food, breakfast food hamburgers, seafood Greek food salads, you name it. There’s something for everyone in the family.“

“The Pit Stop at Morongo was decent overall. I’d put the food roughly on par with Denny’s, maybe a little better.

I ordered the Double Smashburger. It was definitely palatable, but the meat itself wasn’t particularly flavorful and didn’t really stand out. The highlights were actually the other items I tried. The bacon potato soup of the day was surprisingly tasty and probably the second-best thing I had. The clear winner was the chocolate chip cookie with ice cream. It came out warm, gooey, and delicious—easily the best thing I ate that day.

Customer service was friendly, although service was somewhat slow and a few things were forgotten. In their defense, they were extremely busy, so I can understand why.

One thing I really like about Morongo is the variety of restaurants available. There are so many other places there that I want to try that I’ll probably work my way through those before coming back to the Pit Stop. That said, I did see a couple of items on the menu that I’d like to come back and try eventually.

Overall, the Pit Stop is perfectly fine for a casual meal, especially if you’re already at Morongo, but I wouldn’t specifically make a trip there just for the food. Definitely save room for the chocolate chip cookie and ice cream.“

“Garlic fries were absolutely amazing! The sourdough burger tasted gourmet and had that delicious homemade quality you hope for. The ribs were tender and flavorful, and the mango ceviche was fresh and perfectly balanced.

We're so glad we stopped in while passing through! Stephanie provided outstanding service and made our experience even better.

For a bar, the food was surprisingly scratch-kitchen quality—fresh, thoughtfully prepared, and far beyond what we expected. We'll definitely be back if we're in the area again!“

“This was not a planned outing my husband and I sometimes choose places to eat randomly I saw that this place was close to home so we went to check it out and I'd have to say we were pleasantly pleased the BBQ pulled pork sandwich was served on a brioche bread which was just fabulous my husband enjoyed the BBQ chicken sandwich we shared a small side of potatoe salad it is small but the sandwiches were filling and the pulled pork meat portion was very generous and filling so had the size been larger we may not have finished it we were very happy with our choice that Sunday afternoon and we also had a live band singing while we ate they were great vocalist and some of the songs brought back some childhood memories very nostalgic. 😊👍“

“We had another great experience at Good Times Restaurant inside Morongo Casino. This was actually our second time dining here, and once again, the service was excellent. The staff (Trish) was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had a pleasant dining experience.

The portions are also generous and definitely good enough for two people to share, which is always a plus.

The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is the prime rib. Unfortunately, I found it a little bland and felt it could use more seasoning and flavor. That said, everything else was enjoyable, and we still had a good overall experience.

Since this was our second visit, I’d say that speaks for itself. We’d still come back and try other dishes! 😊“

“Zach was our waiter and he was great! He was kind and treated us like royalty! He was so busy but kept a professional attitude! He is a hard worker and was back and forth and they were short staffed but he kept his great demeanor. I would recommend him as a great waiter to anyone. “Chilis food & drink is pretty reliable with prices that match, especially these days. This review though is for the service my son and I received this evening on 7/24. First, we were greeted and seated happily and with a big smile from a very sweet hostess (I unfortunately didn't get her name, but I believe she had red hair and super fun make up!!). We then were sat in Robin's section - she announced herself and got drink orders immediately. She remained upbeat and on top of our table as well as her entire section the entire time. She was so fun, kind, and just had a great personality the whole time - you could see she was probably busy but she never let anyone feel left out, rushed, or forgotten!! I really appreciated Eli too! He helped Robin, and other servers, I'm sure too. He brought items out quickly and was extremely personable! He had a great attitude and you could just tell he's a hard worker! He had us laughing and smiling along with him all through dinner! Lastly, I want to highlight Steven, the manager. Most times you see management out when somethings wrong. Completely opposite with Steven - he was bussing & cleaning tables, running food, and helping out everywhere on the floor. He lead by example the entire time! I really applaud that and can't thank them enough for tonight. It's pretty expensive to dine out most places, but I would happily spend my money here for the same experience with my son tonight - its the simple things that make a difference and tonight proves that, all thanks to Robin, Eli, & Steven!“

“My sisters and I went to the Morongo for Bingo and some gambling to celebrate a birthday Sunday afternoon! We went to Bingo around 1:30 & the cashier Andrew was so nice & told me a good Bingo pkg. So I took that & a Bingo host Tammy always greets us & sells a few extra cards & always with a smile! After Bingo we went in the Casino with the games & met a wonderful Casino Host named Araceli & she runs a beautiful Casino & her staff especially Jonah, (who took care of us with a concern.) He is truly a joy to be around! He makes you smile & takes care of business quickly in the process! Also the food server Joey & Dedee in the pit stop diner are such kind servers & great workers! And last the Public safety staff, they make you feel so safe being right there watching over the Casino! Thank you so much you are all assets to this Casino. Deb Waters :)“
