“Mayu's Cakes is hands down the best bakery in the bay! On the day of my son's birthday party a baker told me she wasn't able to make my son's cake, I was panicking calling around and when I called Mayu's they saved the day and made the best Monster's Inc themed cake!! This place is the only bakery I'll go to indefinitely👍👍“

“My first experience with the house of bagels, but in the late 60s, I attended high school with one of the sons and also had my first Onion flat. After moving back from New York and year 2000 I was glad to see that they were still in business, And that whenever I am in and around always without hesitation, stop by to pick up some bagels or two or three🥰“

“I love the minis! I'm a regular because I walk past this sweet spot all the time. They always have one, sometimes two vegan options. The mini cupcakes are a perfect few bites of indulgence for only a couple bucks. Ask about day old for half price. Card only. No cash!“
“My wife & I stopped by for the first time to pick up some fresh hot persian bread(Sangak). Once we saw the bread could not resist ordering Kabob too. It was great and brought lots of good memories back from Iran. Very good customer service and food. Should give it shot....“

“Valerio's Tropical Bakeshop offers popular Filipino sweet goodies. I would recommend anyone to try their ube halaya and buko pie, it's not too sweet and it is best eating it during snack time with a coffee. But if you have a sweet tooth and loves eating a dessert after a meal, try tasting their yummy leche flan (it is like a creme brulee).“

I grabbed a few chicken dinners with veggies, some whipped topping and two personal pies. the chicken falls right off the bone, it's moist and full of flavor. there were fresh green beans, potatoes and squash with it. Delicious! My husband ate his apple pie without utensils. he said it was amazing. the pecan pie with a bite of the whipped topping was phenomenal, although neither needed the other to be amazing. so many wonderful things to get there in the shop. staff is so wonderfully kind. the store is clean and well organized. Exactly the place you want to go to. I will return, many times.“

“We ordered (4) dozen custom-assorted bundtinis for my son's birthday party online. In the craziness of preparing for the party, I set the pickup time as the day and time of the party, when I meant to set it for the afternoon of the day before. I arrived at the store to pick up the order when I thought I had set the pickup time for, only to realize my mistake when they couldn't find the order. I was frantic, because my party was the next day, before they would open. The staff was pleasant and generous. They offered to quickly make my order, if I wouldn't mind waiting 15 minutes. I happily accepted, and they saved the day! The bundtinis got rave reviews at our party.“

“This is the place to go for all your donut, coffee, and breakfast sandwich needs! Mr. & Mrs. Charlie and the their baker in the back are gold, plus the staff! I ❤️ this place so much!
