“So far my two experiences here has been hella good! The bread comes out freshly baked and glistening with butter and syrup or whatever that’s on there. I was there last Sunday when this man yelled at the lady giving the orders. He said “Where’s my bread!!??” And then proceeded to argue with the lady that she took his order and that the woman after me had gotten her bread. She didn’t take his order but he kept arguing that she did. She then told him that that lady did not get bread and that she got donuts .It was hard to tell the cashier apart from the person giving away the bread because they all had masks on and similar hair.He was upset because he thought the woman after me came out with two boxes of señorita bread but it was actually donuts. A few seconds after him being rude and making a scene he received his order. His son who was about 12 years old said, “SEE DAD! You didn’t have to do that!” Lol. The woman and I laughed. The dad never apologized!!We hoped that “man” learned a lesson! But I doubt it. He was so mean! I’m just happy to know that his son is not like him.Him being rude wasn’t necessary.I too wondered if the woman after me got señorita bread, but I thought maybe she ordered it before I got there and was just picking it up. I didn’t go crazy like that man. If I was that curious, I would have simply asked for the status of my order. Not yell out “where is my bread!!??”“

“Today I had their vanilla cake with strawberry filling. It was so moist and their frosting was a delicious, fluffy, whipped cream. Five stars all around. I also want to mention that we purchased this 3-4 days ago but postponed enjoying it till today, and it still tasted INCREDIBLE. $30 for a 6” *ready to go* cake was worth it. Keep up the good work.“

“A lot to like overall. Breakfast burrito was very good - loaded with eggs, potatoes, cheese and meat. Much more enjoyable than the usual breakfast burrito in the area (lots of rice and bean filler). Now was it worth $14-$15 dollars? Eh, if you’re hungry enough. The quality and quantity was good. Most annoying thing was the location and pick up process. The place caters mostly to DoorDash and other delivery apps, and is awkward for anyone who isn’t a delivery driver. You need to ring a doorbell…“

“Walked into this little shop not knowing exactly what to expect and was blown away by the wonderful aromas and the friendly demeanor of the owner/operator. The menu is much more diverse and encompassing than I imagined. The baked goods are delicious and the packaging is on point as well. I wish I had taken some photos. I will have to return and do just that.The cinnamon roll, chocolate chip cookie, and the coffee cake are all incredible. The cookie dough is delicious (I was told since I refuse to eat uncooked dough). Soft serve ice cream will soon be available as well.Try it. You'll love it!“

“The smell that comes from La Flor De Mexicano bakery can be picked up from 3 doors down. It is heavenly! There is a huge variety of authentic, hand-made pan dulce. They're all a beautiful work of art! The staff is friendly and it is always immaculately clean. Location: the location is in a shopping plaza near sunvalley mall and diablo Valley College. The same plaza with happy lemon. Parking is easy to find in the area. Ambiance: smell of Filipino seniorita bread and baked goods fill the space. However, there is no chairs and tables. It only has space for the tables and chairs. Food: you don't need to travel to Hawaii to eat a good masala. Starbread has a variety of deserts like seniorita bread, mochi donuts, Filipino style donuts like bichu bichu. And masalas. Credit card is accepted if the order is more than 7 dollars. The ube msalas is delicious. Overall, come to this place if you miss Hawaii and want to Try filipino baked goods for a reasonable price.“

“I love this place. I love how they individually wrap the product. I feel the price is good too. The store is cramped when you walk in trying to grab your product and it's very crowded. I feel they should open the space and give the customers more room to look at the product instead of being shoulder to shoulder trying to grab what they want. “This place has absolutely delicious birria tacos and consomé. This has been the only thing I've ordered from their menu (there's no other place I know of near me that serves these tacos) but I would also like to try their birria quesadillas. They're listed on the menu as "red tacos" and are about $15 for 3 tacos and the consomé is a separate extra cost. When it comes out fresh, the tacos are super cheesy and yummy. The building is very spacious and doesn't get too busy, so I always get to grab a table. In the middle of the restaurant, they display their desserts and pastries such as flan and alfajores. The restaurant is located in the Park and Shop surrounded by a lot of different Asian cuisines, dessert shops, and a grocery store. If you try parking close to the restaurant, that is the area that is the most congested, we always park in the back of the building.“
