“A big thank you to the employees, I’m not sure who was working, there was an older and younger lady - also to the manager. The food counters were clean, all the pretzels and the drinks looked so fresh and appetizing. I got the cinnabitz and the icing was placed perfectly on each piece with delicious amount of cinnamon, this is the quality I remember from years ago and I will be dreaming of this pretzel until I’m back“

“My family loves coming here. Food is always incredible. Only a few times they haven't gotten an order 100% correct. They have an incredible shift supervisor or manager named Blanca who makes sure they correct anything and ensures you are taken care of. Way to go El Pollo Loco for having such a great team.“
