Jack in the Box is a popular fast-food restaurant with friendly staff. Some customers, like those at the Florence and Garfield locations, have consistently had a good experience with welcoming and attentive servers. However, others have had mixed results. Some have enjoyed their meals, such as the New Hamburger and taquitos, while others have been disappointed with the taste and quality of their food. Specifically, the Buttery Jack burger was described as dry and room temperature, and some customers have reported issues with napkins, hot sauce, and cheese.
