Loved my experience at kaffa, the meal was really substantive with strong and wonderfully complex flavors. The injera was some of the best I've ever had and was a big fan of the spicy mushroom dish.
Fantastic vegan-Ethiopian food in a quaint setting in Berkeley. This food is made with lots of love!Vegetarian options: The entire menu is vegan, and for those that don't know...injera is gluten free.

What a gem. Giant flavors from a tiny space. Lovely legumes. Not oily. Gomen is right from the garden. Teff injera made to order. The woman who runs the joint is a saint. She improves the east side of Sac Street like the Biofuel Oasis improves the west. The world needs more of this!
