Candied yam latte was so delicious!! I had ordered the rose cardamom latte, but some lady took it, and then they were out of the cardamom syrup. :( so they let me take the lady’s latte (mocha latte, which was good!) and made me whatever else I wanted, which was so kind! And that’s why I ended up with a candied yam latte. And honestly I am so glad I got to try it! When I got to the bottom there was real yam at the bottom! Very impressed. And the staff was so nice!! I needed a caffeine fix this morning, so I headed straight for Red Bay because it was the closest thing to me. I got here right before they opened at 7:30 and was really surprised to see 2 other people already in line. I think that's how you know it's a good spot. They have a pretty solid menu - the essentials as well as some creative drinks as well. I loved the decorations, the indoor /outdoor seating, and the huge windows. Great service. One of the best cup of latte ! The space is small... equal space for indoors as well as outdoors. Super chill. I was there for an hour and got a lot of work done. The only thing was that I couldn't sign on to the AT&T WiFi. But that didn't hinder anything because I have unlimited data on my phone.
