Had a good time working at this location
Came here and Eliza (working the front) was so welcoming and helpful! We tried a latte, oatmeal cookie, and the breakfast sandwiches- they were all delicious!! Giselle made the coffee on point. Definitely will be coming again. Love this place 🩷
customer service is always amazing!! pastries are generally very good, chocolate croissant felt a little stale. super accommodating to preferences. the lemon poppyseed muffin is the best

SIGNAL Coffee Roasters is a gem in Berkeley. The baristas are sweet, kind, and welcoming, providing amazing customer service and helpful coffee drink suggestions. The coffee is phenomenal, with the aroma of arabica beans ringing through the shop. Drinks like the latte, cappuccino, and ube latte paired with oat milk are delicious and creamy. The breakfast sandwiches, empanadas, and sweet ricotta toast are also delicious. Pastries are generally very good, with the lemon poppyseed muffin being the best, though the chocolate croissant felt a little stale. The space features beautiful, thoughtful decor and great music, creating a warm and stylish ambiance. Seating is quite limited with a line at times, but the wait is not too bad. Locally roasted and steps from the Downtown Berkeley BART Station, this spot is super accommodating to preferences and will continue to be a go-to.
