“I had no idea what to expect. We wanted a place to go for an early lunch and this place showed up on Google maps. This place is just friggin awesome. The staff here were great. The food was way better than I thought it'd be. The Kobe Angus beef burgers were juicy and perfectly cooked to my preferred temp. The Bloody Marys were spicy and just full of flavor. I mean wow guys, just wow. I don't know how often we're going to make it to that side of town, but we're returning for sure.“

“I visited Eight Acres for dinner and brunch and loved both experiences. The atmosphere is beautiful with an open, airy dining room upstairs, a speak easy vibe downstairs and views of the surrounding hills. The staff is very friendly and make you feel at home. Our favorite dish so far is the Blueberry French Toast at brunch. It has a light crust around the side that reminds me of a creme brulee crust. Highly recommend!“

“I thought it was a fine restaurant. The food was solid, but the only thing I had that was really good was the Bomba. The Chicken Parm was decent, but lacked any crunch. The beer menu was fine. The Lamb special was pretty good.

The serving sizes are generous and the prices seemed in line to me. Servers were all very nice.“

“The venue has a lot of potential. The lights being off is more of a negative than a positive. Can't really see what your doing depending on what activity you are partaking it. They are supposed to be open til 2am but put the chairs on the table starting at 10:30pm so they look closed for anyone looking from the outside. The drinks are a decent value and food was solid. Brentwood needs something like this but just needs to be reimagined a bit“

“I had the best experience here! My friends and I got together for my birthday for some drinks. Before our time at Crown and Crow, we went to another bar in the area and had a bad experience. The bartender at the other place was very snotty and certainly did not make us feel welcomed. However, we had the exact opposite experience at Crown and Crow. Right away, we felt welcomed and had the best service from our bartender. I really wish I remembered his name, because at the end of the night, my group had all commented how great he was and probably the best bartender we ever had. He definitely made up for the negative experience from the other place.“

“The last time I visited with my service dog in the patio I was asked to leave. I explained he is my service animal and the waitress kept asking me if he was emotional support. I said no he’s my service animal. She said oh you have a medical problem…. Yes he’s my serve animal. Of course she had to honor him being there with me but we waited for two more tables to get sat and served drinks. Still no order taken. Drinks took 19 min and food even longer mean while other being served at appropriate timing. This lady has waited on me for over a decade and is friendly but this is unacceptable. Boss man talk to your staff bc next time I will report you. Talking with community it’s not a favorite of many but I like the food. There’s plenty of mexi restaurants in the area. Just saying. I need my service animal with me at all times. What don’t they get?!!“
