Wow why doesn’t New York have any sukiyaki place even close to Ima’s quality?Sukiyaki is a form of cooking where thin sliced wagyu beef is cooked in a sweet soy sauce. It is SO good. It’s different from shabu shabu. It's the ideal place to impress! Atmosphere is very elegant and service is excellent. The food is by far the best shabu shabu and sukiyaki in town from the quality of the meats and vegetables to the extreme detail and focus on the sauces.
