I wouldn't exactly call this place exceptional. It's more typical than anything. We order cheese wontons that were very tasty, but our main entrees (orange chicken and schezwan chicken) weren't great. The hot was very tasty though. I'm giving it 3 stars because the waiter took a phone call while he was getting our order. I also notice the employee only section was very dirty.
Food was excellent. All 3 of us liked our meal. Ambiance was quiet with little energy inside. Service was super slow but the girl was very nice. No understanding of gluten free options. The food really made up for an otherwise lower rating.

Im not sure about the 1 star reviews, maybe they were rude to the staff and reciprocated their own energy, but my family just picked up a to go order from Dynasty and the food is fantastic!!! We got the Mongolian beef, veggie chow mein, Mapo tofu, and hot and sour soup and literally everything was fantastic. Best dish, Mapo tofu w/pork over white rice . If you're in the mood for Chinese take out, this is your spot. Don't let the haters detour you from trying this spot.
