I went in to have my Starbucks coffee ground.I waited a very long time in line with no one at the counter. Only 3 people are working, perhaps. Not one person welcomed us or told us they'd be right with us. A gentleman in line needed to use the restroom. He didn't know the code, so I asked. The reply was given with a tone that conveyed annoyance.It just happens that the code is on the door. It's a typical Starbucks but honestly the service is pretty terrible, you can stand there for 5 minutes and get looked at 30 times by 8 different employees without having one person ask if you need some help or even really being acknowledged, BUT once they do acknowledge you, they are very nice and helpful.....

Nice place inside vons. ordered a Caramel macciaotto but saw an ad for the mocha caramel. she changed my order without any grief. Bring a white CIS male, I didn't feel discriminated against at all and was not worried about finding spit in my drink, unlike other Starbucks.
