I got what I wanted and more. The Big Sur Coast is as beautiful as it gets, and I was blessed with three sunny but chilly days in November. The Gorda Springs "Resort" is not a resort as you would typically think of one, but the cabins have great views, especially Palm, Little Palm and Cedar North and South. Glad this place is here in Gorda for gas and snacks but it's all pretty pricey, but that's to be expected because of their location.This is the gas station and market that had some deli items to purchase to eat outside. The actual restaurant is the Whale watcher Cafe. I prefer the sit down restaurant and food at the Whale Cafe.Both places have restrooms.

It was a great getaway! The cabins were quaint. Staff was friendly. Accommodations were comfortable. General store and restaurant were convenient. Management was present and welcoming. Will definitely return!
