“I went in the other day to order a couple sandwiches. One of the staff was cleaning the floor and the other staff member was in the back. As soon as I walked in I was greater by the staff member cleaning the floor. She immediately stopped cleaning and went behind the counter and washed her hands before starting to take my order. She also called out for the other staff members assistance to expedite my order. Both staff members were extremely polite and cheerful. It was a Wonderful experience.“
“Quick, fast and good service. Came rolling by after camping at twin lakes and heading back home. We wanted something hearty and filling for our long drive back. We did take out food was good and restaurant was really clean! Restrooms as well were very clean.“

“Coming home from Tahoe, stopped here to get a bite. The person taking my order was fine, friendly, prompt. He had my drink ready when I got to the window, he went back to get food. Then an older gentleman comes to window and asks if I need anything else. I replied, yes my food ... I only got my drink. I was there less than a minute or maybe a minute waiting. Right behind him the other guy, that took my order, comes up and hands me my food. Older guy had a "oh my" look on his face. It was funny.“
“Wow. Super clean lobby with plenty of seating like chairs and fancy leather sofa. Rather large kids climbing gym. Service was very friendly. We ordered a blue raspberry freeze but we it came out fairly unfrozen, the manager offered us a different flavor. Kudos. The only big suggestion is to periodically check the restrooms. On our visit, it was a mess. I also noticed a missing soda fountain. After viewing the posted signs there are no refills on drinksKid-friendliness: Indoor jungle gym.“
“I have been waiting until this El Pollo Loco had the posole. Tonight they did! This location serves some of the best food ever! I also got the tamale bowl! Super legit!
