The evening crew doesnt seem to know their arse from their elbows. Made a mobile order then waited 13 minutes in the drive through line (about half the time Ive had to wait here historically) only to get to the window and they had NO clue which order was mine, which was probably why it took so long for the 2 people in front of me. Not going to blame the kids at the window but where the hell is management? This place is always horribly slow and they never seem to know whats going...read full review
Tried to use app. Employee knew nothing about it and didn't even speak English.
Really poor drive through experience. You wait and wait. You can't even tell if they are working the drive through, as no one says, be right with you.
