“My boyfriend and I came to dine in. It was our first time and one of the owners Akbar (i apologize sir if i spelled it wrong) and his team provided amazing service. The food was amazing we got the double cheese burger with the nice guy sauce and Nashville chicken sandwich. The service was quick and the place is clean. Their combos come with fries and a soft drink. I have no complaints. Everything was fresh and tasty. We have found our new favorite spot. So much better than In-n-out!! The burgers are smashed style and you can for sure feel the authenticity of the restaurant and the team. As we walked out I heard the owner congratulate the team on a job well done. As someone who has worked in food I loved to hear the positive reinforcement going on. Again, I cannot stress this enough I love this place and have found my new burger and chicken sandwich spot. “My baby sister had this restaurant marked as a place to try and so for our sister dinner we decided to check it out. The ambiance is hipster/trendy. They have inside dining and outdoor dining. We chose to sit outside. They also turn on the heat lamps if it gets a little chilly. Our server was David. Five stars all around. He checked on us and made sure that we were good, he even suggested the truffle fries. Now the food, for appetizers my sister had the calamari and I had the Poutine fries. Both were delicious. The peppers in the Calamari were exquisite. We were kind of full so my sister and I split a burger. The beef was cooked to perfection and the truffle fries made with real truffles were outstanding. After our meal we had the pleasure of meeting Steve the manager who was really nice. I will be back so that my Mr. Can have a go.“

“And aunt and I came to the restaurant to have an early lunch on a Sunday and to spend some quality time together. We noticed the parking lot full and imagined we would have some wait to be seated. To our surprise we were seated, not only immediately, but they opened a section for us so we didn’t have to wait at all. Ordered the Country Scrambler and it should be named the Biscuits Gravy love that it came with eggs and potatoes. The biscuits were great and soft, the gravy was mild and labeled flavor.Also ordered an extra side of Hot Links and only got 3 halves, where's the other half? The staff were friendly and outgoing. Overall worth a try, and again, is more of a fusion cuisine.“

“We went today 4/20/24 at happy hour , the prices are magnificent! We had the mahi mahi tacos and the beet salad with raspberry vinaigrette dressing was to die for! The table next to us had clam chowder all over her purse !! Compliments of Charles the waiter he was turning in an impossible space and the bottle of water crashed to the floor thank God he was very professional and cleaned it up in 60 seconds the space on the terrace is impossible to work with space the tables farther apart i bumped into 3 other guest while being seated take out some of those tables ! or this could have been very deadly....like a bottle over the head instead of hot clam chowder all over the ladys purse God bless her she was so sweet“

Our waitress explained the weekends and usually Mondays are pretty busy, but she was very attentive, extremely friendly, and super knowledgeable about the menu. That’s a money maker for we had a good size crowd and waiting is an opportunity, but we also had a reservation so get the drinks out so people have them and you are making money while you wait . They are a people first establishment and it shows from all the servers we have had they have all been very nice, helpful, very friendly. And always go above and beyond to make sure that you have a wonderful experience. Depending on what you order. Steaks take about 40 to 15 minutes depending on the cut and how thick the steak may be . Also depending on how busy it is . Steaks from our experience always come up to temp. We always get med rare and they are always on point . There are some times that we get some where in between a med rare or medium rare but they alway go above and beyond and are very nice enough to get another steak working for you . “So I came here after work with my girlfriend cause we were craving something light and simple. Everything came out delicious. We asked if they had any gluten free options and they said they could lettuce wrap a sandwich which we did and holy smokes was it delicious. “Every time I ordered their liver dinner, it is fabulous. Their onions are so sweet. The bacon is crispy and during the day....I order it with the rice and the evening.... I do get the baked potato once in a while, but I do like the rice, but the liver is to die for. ..you get two nice size portions of liver .....now you have to love liver folks and I love liver! We highly recommend the nachos and Mac. I was a bit confused that the salad didn't come with dressing, but the waitress happily brought us a side of ranch. Drinks were good, we ordered the whiskey lullaby (but they couldn't make it) so got an old fashioned instead and it was good. The "just keep swimming" was my favorite drink, it was just full to top of the fishbowl with ice. I'd probably ask for less ice next time. The inside is a little dark and loud. “My wife and I visited Vicky's after church today. This was one of her parent's favorite places. She wanted Mexican food and decided on the carne asada plate. I chose the pork chops, but got the breakfast as it was a lot cheaper. We were both very pleased with our orders. She was able to make herself four tacos and loved her rice and beans. My pork chops had great flavor. I loved my hash browns as well. My two eggs and biscuits and gravy were also very good. An added bonus was at the drinks fountain. They had grape soda. “Having breakfast at Black Bear is one of my favorite places to go to. We’ve gone randomly and for birthday breakfast celebrations. I ALWAYS ask for Xochitl to be my server because her service is always exceptional. She gets our order right and has our food arrive in a timely manner. Our coffee cups are never empty and we leave with a full belly!!!
