“The REAL TESTAMENT to the excellence of the venue, service and quality of the food was the fact that while Hero Ranch is LITERALLY SURROUNDED on all sides by restaurants, yet there was a large crowd of weeknight diners gathered prior to opening time in front of Hero Ranch, while there were few if any customers inside or outside the other restaurants on the street. The service was efficient, friendly and excellent, the food was served hot, cooked fresh and superior to most other meals I've ever had.“

The only option for bread is sourdough and the available toppings are limited which may be a turnoff for some. However the price, quality of ingredients, clean seating area and service more than make up for it.

“FIFA world cup - we were camping came to town for a few groceries stopped in to watch the world cup - place was packed full of good vibes - high fives yelling laughing celebrating - THE WORLD CUP had a way to unify community and Brunos was the perfect space to be in- staff moving working together - bussers carrying kegs up and down stairs helping bartenders - definitely seen team work both on tv and staff 👏 also best Old-fashioned I've had in a bar- beautiful presentation and taste. We will visit again when in the area.“

“We recently visited Bai Tong Thai Restaurant in Saratoga and had a wonderful dining experience. The restaurant has a cozy, welcoming atmosphere that makes it a great spot for a relaxed meal with family or friends. The staff were warm, attentive, and ensured we had everything we needed throughout our visit.

We ordered the Panang Curry with Brown Rice, and both were prepared very well. The curry had a rich, creamy texture with a nice balance of sweetness, spice, and authentic Thai flavors. The vegetables were fresh, and the overall dish was satisfying and comforting. The brown rice was perfectly cooked, fluffy, and paired beautifully with the flavorful curry.

While we genuinely enjoyed the meal, we’ve had slightly better Panang Curry at a few Thai restaurants in Cupertino, where the flavors were a bit more bold and complex. That said, Bai Tong still serves a delicious and authentic version that’s well worth trying, especially if you’re in the Saratoga area.

Overall, the combination of good food, friendly service, and a pleasant ambiance made for a very enjoyable experience. If you’re looking for quality Thai food in Saratoga, Bai Tong is definitely worth a visit. “This shop has been a gift to Felton for decades. Come here early if you can! The fresh donuts are delicious, and the owner is incredibly welcoming and kind to customers. We tried a fresh maple bar right after it came out of the oven, and it was the best I'd ever had. The other items we tried (glazed donut, old fashioned donut, and blueberry fritter) were also excellent.“

“Truly, I do not enjoy writing bad reviews but based on what happened tonight it is warranted. My two allergy kids wanted some pizza, it needs to be gluten free and dairy free. We called them we spoke to two different people at the restaurant they said that's totally okay, we will charge you 18, we're going to do the kids pizza for the allergies needed. When we drove all the way to pick it up for dinner ,they said sorry we tried to call you and tell you but we're going to charge you $50 because we have to make it large. First of all I checked my phone no one called us. They called someone else. Which really shows how unorganized the restaurant is. And second of all they had absolutely no remorse. Espically the manager. In the end I refuse to pay for something that I was lied to. And I feel like they should have still honored the price due to what they told us. It's not my fault that nobody knows what to do there. And it's affecting the customers. I hope the owner and others reads this and teaches his staff to not punish the customer for their own negligence. It just makes me think what else do they do? this is the los gatos location.“
