These include the Sichuan mala, which is rich, spicy, and very aromatic, the laksa soup base—a unique Singaporean/Malaysian coconut curry flavor—and the Malatang JUST A KICK, which is not so spicy at all. Customers can choose between getting broth or sauce. After filling a bowl, it is weighed and paid for at a rate of roughly $14.99 per pound, then an associate cooks it with the chosen broth.
