“I rarely go to steakhouse chain restaurants like Black Angus or Outback, but figured I would give it a try, plus did not want to spend a lot for steak. Welp, you get what you pay for. The server greeted our table, very nice person, but definitely seemed distracted. He forewarned us of a backed up kitchen and bar, so we tried to put in our orders in early. However, they were not right. 1. The drinks were wrong, and the wrong color, which the server had never realized. He didn't even realize what he was picking up. Bright blue is very distinct from red. He did replace the drinks without offering to cover the cost or let us keep the wrong drinks. 2. All of our dirtied plates and glasses took a very long time to be removed from the table. Multiple servers and the manager missed it when they were dropping off our orders. 3. The steak was not cooked properly. I requested Med Well, and only the center was cooked to that temp, the rest was super rare. 4. They did not get the sides right. My steak did not come out with the salad, which was forgotten, and the broccoli were massive stocks. 5. The "grilled wild shrimp", was pretty much boiled shrimp tossed on the grill to get some marks. The good, the fried zucchini was very tasty and the drinks in general were good... and strong :) I will not go back again. If you do go, stick with the pasta and eat at the bar.“
