“GCH Craftsman Grill offers a quick and convenient spot to grab baked goods, snacks, drinks, hot meals, and more. From take-out to dine-in, they're open from morning through late night. Entrance for most visitors (without a hotel reservation) is from Downtown Disney and through the Grand California Hotel lobby.
I love coming here to try out seasonal items or enjoy some of the regular menu items. There are plenty of drink options, including alcoholic beverages.
A few of my current menu favorites are the breakfast burrito, American breakfast, Angus burger, pizzas, and Hot Dog of the Month. The HOTM for Sept 2025 is the Cheeseburger Dog with fries. The combination of the cheeseburger and hot dog worked surprisingly well. The fries were coated, hot, and crispy. Overall, the meal was hearty and filling. Grab a few extra napkins, since it is a little messy.
The dining areas are generally clean and pleasant, featuring both Indoor (with AC) and patio tables just outside. You may occasionally encounter loud children and families, as it's located in a Disney hotel.
The service has been friendly, and the food is served promptly and brought to your table. The staff also helps clear the used plates or you can bus yourself.“
“It’s been a long time since I’ve been back here with my family but Their raspados & tostilocos are AMAZING! I recommend their chimitorro, tamarind or really just any of their raspados! Love how fresh they taste and they don’t taste like fake/artificial syrups. They take pride in their fresh ingredients and I support it!“

I’ve been coming to Ambala Sweets in Cerritos for years, and every visit is a treat. I happened to be in the area this afternoon and stopped by for food, and once again, they blew me away with both the service and the quality.
We ordered the masala dosas—honestly, probably one of the best masala dosas I’ve ever had, perfectly crispy and full of flavor. The chole bhature was equally excellent. Everything was fresh, authentic, and truly mouthwatering.
What I love about this place is the incredible variety on the menu—there’s always so much to choose from, whether you’re in the mood for a savory meal or taking home some sweets—and the prices remain very reasonable. Highly recommended!“

“I had my first taste of Karol’s Empenadas supporting Paularino Elementary at their multicultural night event. Their food was 10/10. The birria Empenada is something now I dream about. Such amazing flavors and the staff were so nice and professional. They represented Argentina and the paularino community were so grateful to have their support in sharing cultural diversity in their top quality food!“
