One of my favorite places to eat lunch or dinner. If you have an Unlimited Food Pass with Knott's Season Pass, this is a great deal. You can eat the first meal and after four hours, you can eat again or take it home. Some of the best food in Knott's because it's cooked on a grill, not premade and heated up in an oven like many of the other restaurant options. Also, a bonus when they have live Bluegrass music.

The Fireman’s Brigade BBQ is a must stop to eat at. We had the pulled pork sandwich, ribs with corn on the cob, cheese toast and chips. If you are looking for a turkey leg they got that too. The unlimited refill cup is great for an all day use. Get hear early because I hear they sometimes have brisket. I stopped by again for dinner and the food was just as good but they were out of a few things but that is to be expected at 9pm lol Take a seat and enjoy The BBQ tasted great!??
