“I am always here after the gym and I can't express how grateful I am for this place. The inside is immaculate and always well kept, and of course the smoothies and toast are tremendous.

However, what keeps me coming back after every workout is the people. ALL of the staff from the managers on down are personable and kind to everyone. They truly make this establishment my favorite in the area.“

They also serve snacks like fries and hot wings if you're hungry. A local hangout for high schoolers, but still mellow. It’s nice to see a place that stays true to its roots.
