“Best Pad Krapaw Gai in LA. Palmsugar serves truly authentic Thai food, not a watered-down version for American palates. Even the crab rangoons are worth ordering, they are made in-house and far better than the frozen versions most places serve. The owner is often the one cooking, and if you follow them on Instagram you can see how much care and effort goes into running this place. It shows in the food, everything tastes thoughtful and well made.“

It’s so nice to see them fully open and operating after Covid because there were several times I came here to get cheesecake from cheesestella and most of the stalls were closed.
