While the quality/price ratio fell slightly short, the service is good, with friendly and attentive staff. The chef's-choice nigiri is fantastic, providing a culinary journey with perfectly prepared and seasoned pieces. The chefs are meticulous, sourcing their fish fresh daily, which results in melt-in-your-mouth dishes. The restaurant's green tea and Japanese-speaking staff contribute to the authentic feel, reminiscent of Japan. Although parking is limited due to sharing space with other businesses, Tokyoya Sushi is definitely worth a visit for delicious food, a clean environment, and a taste of Japan in LA.
