Orders come out quickly, making it a great choice for busy mornings. The bagels are fresh, warm, and satisfying, with one customer stating that their team always prefers Western Bagel over other places.

While the atmosphere may feel a bit outdated, the management team is noted for caring about their customers. For those facing issues with orders, reaching out to management is encouraged for a resolution. However, it's important to note that tips must be given in cash, as card tipping is not available.

First of all, whole wheat bagels you’re available here. My favorite is the whole wheat sesame toasted and dressed traditionally with lox, cream cheese, tomato, red onion and capers. A Saturday tradition with me. Highly recommended.
Excellent service, people are so nice here.
My son goes to school at Providence high school and we have to stop at Western bagels almost everyday. He loves eating at the bagel store.
I love the service and the people that work here.
What they are charging for is getting ridiculous. They have a cutting fee, a spreading the cream cheese fee. I was told by their Manager Jackie. That they no longer give plates when you order a dozen. If you order a dozen you can only have 4 that have cheese or else there is an extra charge which all these charges are not on the menu. It is also not on the menu and that if you mix and match bagels there could be an up charge on the bagel dozen. Be careful of all the hidden charges....read full review
