“I've been coming here for about 2 years now. It has definetly some of the best tacos in the bay area. The price is also very reasonable. I always get tacos de Al Pastor but the chicharon tacos are really good as well. The service can be a hit or miss and wait times can be long, since they are usually busy. The food, however, is always delicious and consisten. I live in SF but drive down to burlingame just for the tacos every other week. I wish they were open late, but they close at 5p everyday. I would avoid going during lunch time, since that's when they are the most busy.“

“The owners are super nice and always greet me with a smile. Food is really good, I love getting the super tacos (carnitas or al pastor) because it comes with avocado, sour cream, and cheese melted in between two corn tacos. If you get a burrito either be super hungry or expect leftovers!“

“This place is awesome. The tacos are much larger than your regular $2-3 street tacos—definitely worth the current price of $4. The meats are well-cooked and flavorful. The Vampiros are definitely worth trying. Love the salsa bar and grilled onions. This place is better than most of the street food I’ve had in Mexico. Will definitely be back!“

“This review is long overdue! I’ve walked by this truck for a while and finally decided to try it out about a month or 2 ago. I’ve been eating here more than any other place since then! The food is fresh and delicious. You can’t beat the price and the owner is incredibly nice and helpful. I’m glad I’ve found a nice place to eat that’s conveniently located. I hope they stay for a long time!“

“We got takeout for dinner tonight. Very happy with this authentic taqueria! This will be our go to Mexican restaurant from now on.
Ordered 3 burritos and 2 taco plates. Amazing food! Fantastic service. Chicken was flavorful and generous. Rice was authentic (not over salted) and burritos were a delicious combination of ingredients. They offered napkins, salsa and utensils. Thank you S El Camino Taqueria! Will see you again in the coming weeks.“

“Absolutely delicious food. Daniel knows how to make the most flavorful, juicy, and authentic tacos I've had. It's a food truck parked on Woodside Road next to the Safeway parking lot. The Crispy Barbacoa tacos are to die for. They're served with fresh salsas and consome to dip your tacos into. Support this restaurant and enjoy.“

“Good portion, reasonable price, delicious food and super friendly staffs. They don’t even ask for tips, but they bring the food to you and keep checking in to see if everything is okay. Small local business who are not greedy and accepts cards, and cares about their customers.“

“Flavor bomb!! This place is a hidden gem. Recommend the Al pastor tacos. I also got the birria taco with the consome. Don’t forget to purchase it separate. I agree with the previous reviews. One of the best tacos you’ll find in the Bay Area. You get so much quality and quantity for the price. $3?? Feels almost the same quality as SD. The staff are super nice too. Wish they had more locations!“

“This is the only place that offers fish or shrimp burrito. They also have the normal meats burritos which is very good however my favorite is the fish burrito. I know? Fish burrito. They have the fish burrito or shrimp which is very unusual. They not only have the fish burrito, they give you a lot. It’s enough to cover the entire burrito and not over cooked at all. In terms of meat, my husband’s favorite is the carne asada(beef) burrito or pork Al pastor( bbq pork). He also tried the chicken and he said it was a little bit too dry for him the meat.“
“caldo de res delicioso. wooo Diosbles diga bendiciendo su negocio siempre siempre buscaba un buen caldo y lo encontré aquiii.“
“Los tacos los mariscos y las tortas todo sabroso“
“Is a nice looking a little street food cart. Plenty of parking. Food is great, I have to wait a while but at the end is worth, everything is made while you ordered, so I have to wait a little bit more. Ceviche tostada it was perfect, huarache it was very good made with fresh dough, not frozen and oily. They also serve tacos with homemade tortilla, burritos and quesabirrias. If you looking for real fresh street mexican food, I highly recommend this place. Price is in range.“

“Do you love going to Flavortown? How about dreaming with your eyes open? Then try these birria tacos. The first time I had it was from leftovers that my daughter brought home for lunch. Then I drove from Oakley to San Mateo to have them fresh. It was AMAZING! They provide extra stuff to add to the tacos, but it honestly didn’t need them. The meat was so tender & flavorful that I had to close my eyes so I could fully appreciate the taste. Then I added the extras one by one & it tasted like a new taco each time. I know it seems like I’m exaggerating, but it’s really that good! My only wish is that they had seating nearby & a second location closer to Oakley.“

“A burrito on the level of gourmet, made-to-order with protein of choice, griddled brown. The al pastor, unique in its seasoning — a bit Middle Eastern in spice, harking to its origins.
Serving construction workers and truck drivers alike, this roadside taco truck clearly gets something right.
Just a few hundred feet from the 101-S Seaport Blvd exit, perfect for a quick pit stop while commuting.“
“Pretty solid California Style Carne Asada Burrito with TOSTITO tortilla chips on the side. Good flavour, but, they should give more salsa and better quality chips then a big chain like TOSTITO's. They're located at Blue Oak Brewing every Tuesday, worth trying“

“Was driving by and saw this truck. Never tried it before and never heard of it! The cashier at the truck didn't speak any English and was talking to me in Spanish. I simply showed her 2 of my fingers and said, " 2 cabeza y 2 al pastor". I'll give it a try why not!10 minutes later,a plate of hot tacos came out. I paid 2 dollars per taco for a total of 8 dollars. Sat on thr bench and gobbled those delicious tacos down!Cabeza was not too dry and had right amount of aromatic flavor. Al pastor was a little bit spicy. Lots of construction workers were coming as I left. I think I will be back!“

“Place was not that busy on a Memorial Day Monday, so I was able to order my food right away and the food was not that expensive. Worker who took my order was very nice. Food came out quick. Got a Carne Asada taco that was delicious. Didn’t even take a picture because it jumped in my belly. Burrito was decent, good flavor but I wish they put more meat in it. It was packed, but I found myself trying to conserve the meat to make it last for other bites. Salsa bar was cool with the huge selection to choose from. Other than that, I would come back and definitely order more tacos.“

“Parking: free parking, but very busy over the weekend.
I have seen many locations across the bay area.
Food: Most of the foods are grilled or fried. All of them are tasty and fresh. Many fish choices, sauces, and sites to choose from. My favorite sauces are garlic butter and Cajun. The fish and chips are very good with tartar sauce. The grilled sea bass fish are very flavorful and would recommend having sauce on the side.
Price: very reasonable price for portions of food.“

“The food was great. The meat was fresh and nicely seasoned. Tried the Farolito minutes before and this place was way better by a lot. I had the sope de carne asada and my wife the asada taco. We come from SoCal and have tried numerous tacos spots including tacos in Tijuana.“
“I live at the top of the road and I passed this for a year. I thought it was there because we have had a ton of construction on the road. Thought I’d give it a try… oh sweet baby Jesus I’m glad I did. The tortillas are made from SCRATCH!!!!! The meat is not grease the flavor is a chefs kiss amazing. Tacos are $3 a piece, that’s all I’ve tried but the my dying to try more. They have burritos and tortas. Def give this truck a taste you won’t be disappointed.
Parking: It’s a dirt lot“

“Can't give enough stars.
Tried to phone in an order to save time because my puppy was in the car. They said
You can bring him in.
He's not house trained yet.
It's ok, bring him in. Is he cute?
He is.
Wow, above and beyond customer service.
I sat outside at a table with Waffles, they brought him multiple bowls of water.
I interacted with 4 or 5 staff one nicer than the next, all happy the puppy was there.
In my long life I have never felt so welcomed in a restaurant.
The barbecue and sides, ALL proper.
Some nice fatty brisket, and ribs that we're great unsauced. And a variety of tasty sauces. Pickled things were perfect.
I'm a large person and their 2 meat plate is much more than I should eat, but I finished everything.
I live nowhere near Redwood City but I'm going there again.
Thanks to all of you.“

“Not fancy just great Mexican food done right I go from San Jose just to eat here. The best and I mean best tripa and lengua tacos in the bay. Get extra green sauce and a little red to go. And carrots and lemon. Squeeze the lemon. Hit the salsa and enjoy“

“First time I ate here was at this city wide event near the eco center downtown So San Francisco and the line to get food was around the corner literally. The food was fresh, hot and good portions for their prices is like paying a little for a lot more than what money is supposed to get you especially in ssf Bay Area okay. Lol.“
“They are actually open after the listed closing time but they move the truck and park near the Safeway at Delaware and Peninsula instead. They're usually there from like 6PM to 9PM I thinkThe menu only lists res, chivo, and pollo as options but they also do all the other regular taqueria meats as wellGreat food, the super burritos and super quesadillas are unbelievably gigantic 5/5“

“The best tasting Mexican food ever! I always order their Cabeza De Res burrito. Very few Mexican food trucks sell cows head. But this taco truck introduced me to this very flavorful dish. Please don’t hesitate to give tips, they always makes me feel so happy with their “piping hot foods” and free crispy warm nachos.“

“This is my go-to spot for any time of the day. It's a lot easier to order now, especially since they have a mobile app now. This place gets busy, but the people who work here keep it clean. People who work here are nice and helpful. They do not ignore you like sole fast food places.
If you're here for breakfast, I recommend the french toast sticks or the meat lover's burrito. I love the hash browns as well.
You already know for lunch or dinner you need to get an order of tacos, curly fries with the combo of your choosing, and buttermilk ranch.“

“Food was absolutely delicious! We got fish tacos, chicken sope and churros. All highly recommend!! I would give it a 4.5 star rating just because it took at least 20min for the food to come out (it was 5pm- we were the only ones there). If you know what you want I would suggest calling your order in. Reasonably priced as well.“

“Best tacos that I've had so far. I get 3 tacos of each asada, chicken, beef tongue I asked for tortillas dorados with everything and salsa verde. I eat a lot so this hits the spot. Price has gone up but not more then other popular places. It does get crowded sometimes so just right timing. I think only negative Tacos taste better when just made.“

“Came for the camarones a la diabla (“Devil’s Shrimp”), which they don’t have on the menu but are happy to make it for you. I actually enjoy theirs more than El Farolito! Also HIGHLY recommend their pastor tacos. Their salsa is top-notch, which I am very picky about. So lucky I live two minutes away!
Parking: Park behind if you can’t find on street.“
