“Lovely afternoon spent here on a Saturday. The tasting room employees are SUPER friendly. We tried the white wine flight and really enjoyed the Viognier and Chardonnay. The flight comes with a delicious cookie and they gave us complimentary bread w/olive oil and balsamic. The lawn has lots ofpicnic benches and the view is stunning. Can’t wait to come back to hear live music and have a bottle!”

“We were meeting friends in Half Moon Bay for a picnic and had promised to bring fried chicken. The Colonel was closed, but we read about Krispy and decided to try them. It’s in the convenience store in a gas station. Didn’t look too promising, but we were pleasantly surprised. They were just bringing out freshly cooked pieces of chicken and chicken tenders. Terrific! Everyone had their fill, nothing was left. Perfectly cooked and nicely seasoned plus a very pleasant staff!”

“It's a really good pizza that you can get with all the typical Indian flavors instead of the typical American pizza. The pizza crust pared with any indian spices works really well together.

Got 3 pizzas for a 6 person dinner. Everyone liked them.

They gotta do something with the interior to make it more inviting. Long rows of tables side by side with very bright light is not inviting at all. Be great for a big party or team.”

Parking: The location is in a plaza with other businesses so parking is kind of hard to find you have to drive around because you have grocery stores other food, vendors, and other things going on, but it’s worth the wait to find parking”

“We went for dinner and had an amazing meal. I had the wet burrito with carnitas and green sauce and it was amazing. It was a huge portion around $14. Kids had tacos, which they loved and were really reasonable - around $5. Service was excellent and helpful. Will definitely be back.”

I recently had the chance to try out the new Denny's location in Brentwood, CA, off Brentwood Boulevard. I was initially skeptical, as I hadn't had a particularly positive experience at Denny's in the past. However, I was pleasantly surprised.

I ordered the California Skillet with chorizo, which was a generous portion of scrambled eggs, chorizo, peppers, onions, and melted cheese, all served sizzling hot on a cast-iron skillet. The flavors were well-balanced, and the dish was quite satisfying. To accompany my meal, I opted for the bottomless mimosas with orange juice, which were refreshing and a great way to start the day.

The skillet came with three flour tortillas, which were perfect for scooping up the delicious filling. While I appreciated the generous portion size, I did find the tortillas to be a bit dry.

The wait for a table was about 20 minutes, which is understandable considering the popularity of this new location. However, the wait was made more bearable by the efficient QR code payment system when it was time to leave, which allowed me to pay my bill from my seat.

The restaurant was packed, and the service was surprisingly good. Our server was attentive and friendly, and our food arrived promptly. The overall value of the meal was excellent, with affordable prices for a satisfying breakfast.

Based on my experience, I would definitely recommend this Denny's location to anyone looking for a good breakfast spot in Brentwood. I'll certainly be back again, and I'll be sure to bring a friend to enjoy the delicious food and friendly atmosphere.

Room for improvement: The arcade game should be moved to make more room for those waiting. I didnt see any outside heaters, but maybe I missed it. This would likely convince more people to eat outside.

“We've been here several times now. Not much 'atmosphere'; it's a take-out asian food place. The food we've ordered so far (and that means most of the dim sum menu) has been darn good. The service is also great.
Be ready to scan the menu and fill out your order card; cards and pencils on a lean-to table near the display.
Plan for few extra minutes on your first visit to learn the system. It's worth it! and the staff is super good about helping you out. I wholeheartedly recommend this place.”

“It’s not my first time here. Whenever we come we always get gelato. But this time we ordered food. We got the focaccia and it was really good and of course we got gelato.

It’s a good place to stop if you’re wanting a small snack. But you can order a full meal as well. Both the chef and the woman at the counter are really nice and friendly. They have actual conversation with.

The place does get busy people in groups come and go. The inside of the cafe is tiny but they have outdoor sitting that’s really cute. I’d come here again.”

And the wait staff was serving with a bright smile and intent to please. We loved the service here.

Now the food:

1. We ordered the shrimp spring rolls as starters and they were the freshest I have tasted in a while.

2. I ordered the Pho Ga and it was so huge that both of us shred it and yet that was some left in the bowl. Clean, freshly made and we both loved it.

3. Better half ordered the stir fry Shrimp with bamboo sliced with veggies . Huge shrimp and lots of them cooked to perfection with those amazing bamboo slices. This was so tasty that we were fighting over it and yet the portion was being enough for both of us.

We left for home with a full stomach and a light heart dancing at the thought of returning soon”

“Best taqueria around. Love the torta de carnitas...mmm and carne asada burrito. Always fast and friendly service. If you ask they will happily give you extra salsa, jalapeños, lemon wedges or sliced rabanos(radish). They also offer full restaurant style plates with the main dish, frijoles and sopa de arroz (refried beans and Mexican style rice)...priced right and generous servings. Thank you La Costa!! ? Downtown Brentwood wouldn't be the same without you?”

“My mom and I just arrived from out of town, and we were starving after our flight. I looked up restaurants in the area and this place popped up. This was a first time visit for both of us as well as my cousin and we were not disappointed!

The garlic Parmesan fries are absolutely delicious, they have a great crunch on the outside, soft on the inside, and there is plenty of garlic and Parmesan on them. The addition of the garlic aioli drizzled on top puts these fries over the top for perfection. ??

The food is definitely made to order, so don’t stop by in a rush, but they are worth the wait. We got the Black & Bleu burger and it was hot and fresh. The bacon was cooked perfectly, the onion strings added a nice crunch, there was plenty of Bleu cheese, and the garlic aioli spread was a great addition. It’s a bit on the higher end price wise, the Black & Bleu burger and Parmesan garlic fries were almost $21.

My only complaint about our dine-in experience is there was no air conditioning inside. There are several fans blowing throughout the inside, we sat right in front of one of the bigger one’s, but on a 95° day, it was still pretty warm. We will definitely be back, and I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone in the mood for a good ?.”
