“I've always heard how great this place is, but hadn't ever had an opportunity to experience it. It definitely lived up to the reputation. Our server Priscilla took excellent care of us, and got us our food very fast. It was excellent and quite enjoyable. I highly recommend you try them as well.”

“Decided to try Green Basil after glowing recommendation from local regulars. So glad we did, because it’s delicious and everyone that works here is wonderful.

There are classic, more commonly known Thai dishes, as well as lesser known dishes on the menu that provide a lovely variety.

I got the crispy pork with prik king & side of white rice, my boyfriend got the green curry fried rice, and we both got Thai iced teas. Everything was delicious and we will definitely be back.”

“I went here after a dental appointment to get something easy to eat. The soups are delicious! While they’re a little on the pricier side (we paid about $30 for two people), I feel they’re worth the cost. They’re made fresh with quality ingredients, flavors are well balanced, and my leftovers kept really well.

Will be visiting again!”

“I was in town visiting from New York when I stumbled on this place. The guy at the front counter was super friendly. The breakfast sandwich was by far the best breakfast sandwich I have ever had… so much so that I went back the next morning too. SO GOOD!”

“My wife and I live in Tarzana, and even though we have plenty of decent Mediterranean spots nearby, we always go out of our way to eat at Mediterranean Pita Grill. The outdoor seating area offers beautiful views of the hills, which makes the experience even more enjoyable.

The food is consistently delicious and generous in portion. I usually go with the beef and chicken plate, and I’m always impressed with both the quantity and quality. The rice is cooked perfectly—not too soft, not too firm—and the meat is always tender, juicy, and full of flavor.

On top of that, the staff is generally polite and friendly. They’ve earned a forever customer in us.”

“To be honest I don't know where to begin...perhaps explosion of wow inside of my mouth! The tacos here are amazeballs covered in awesome sauce. I eat here regularly for lunch and have become ADDICTED! The food is amazing, the service is bar none, and I love the large screen tv while you wait for your order. It's hard to imagine food this great being inside a Chevron but don't let that make you miss out on truly terrific tacos! There are lots of other snacks and items to be found in this location that makes going for tacos all the better! The price...fuggedabout it! Taqueria Las Virgenes I love you!”

“First timer here and wowowow 😍 Very cute local coffee shop with food and it was absolutely delicious. You can seat yourself and order by scanning the QR code on the table, or walk up in line to order and they'll give you a number to find you and serve your order. It wasn't packed for a weekday at 8am but started getting busy when I left. I didnt realize how huge the place was as they have seating in the front, back, and upstairs. GPS brought me to the back parking lot but there is a front entrance as well. Very friendly service and calming atmosphere. I got a chai latte which was the perfect amount of Chai spice and creamy texture. Also got a cafe burrito which was absolutely delicious, I dont know what magical sweetness they put inside since I skimmed the menu but it came with 2 hot sauces. 1 was way too spicy for dipping the tip of my fork in just to taste, the other was just right. I was in at 8am and out by 840, so it was quick too. Reasonable pricing as well, I'll definitely be back 😋”

“Redemption. I visited sharkys last month and didn't have a good experience. I put a review and to my surprise i ended speaking with one of the owners. I'm not the type to give establishments second chances yet when one of the owners reaches out to apologize then I decided to give it a go. I walked in today and was greeted with a smile. I placed my order and had a seat. My food was brought out to me and the clerk even took time to double check my order. I came back and began to try it... I feel as if the owner actually listened. Food was on point, employees were nice, even before they knew I was there for the 2nd chance. I applaud this company for acknowledging when someone has a bad experience and offers to make it right. I will be returning and I do suggest if anyone is near agoura and las virgenes, stop by sharkys, you'll be pleasantly surprised”

“Best pastries and cakes you can buy, excellent customer service, very friendly staff. Yes they went through a name change, but still the same owners. If you pay attention to the sign on the counter, it explains the reason for the name change. Same great tasting goodie’s. I will continue to take my drive all the way from West Covina. Yes, that’s how delicious everything is . Highly recommend it.”

“I think this a great restaurant, the atmosphere, the service, and the ambiance. The only thing that could have been better was the flavor of the Butternut Squash Soup; it was not flavorful at all; therefore, I could not consume it.”

“The best Japanese food I ever had! So tasty, so much flavor and it melts in your mouth. Their house special Shibuya rolls are amazing. Crispy rice Spicy tuna to die for, scallops rolls - even a simple cucumber side dish was so tasty. My favorite Black Cod Miso - cooked to perfection! Everything was so fresh - you can feel the difference!

The place is small and the wait can be hour long. Plan accordingly but going early for dinner can reduce the wait time. Parking can be difficult but there is plenty of parking off the road.

Update: wait this time was longer because of weekend - over 2 hours! We just went to The Commons at Calabasas. The food was still super good!

PS: To cut wait time many people plan ahead. Go at 4:00 pm to add reservation at Shibuya, watch a movie and come back!”

“We went for dinner with the family on a Tuesday night. The place has a high ceiling and is very open - much like an attic space. The counter at the front has a huge refrigerated case with nice looking pastries. We didn't try the pastries. We were seated and the waiter came quickly. She took our drink order and came back for our entree order right after. We all chose pasta. I had the bolognese tagliatelle. My husband had the plain red sauce. My husband reported that his pasta was great. Mine sauce was good but not great. It was soft and lacked depth, or character. The pasta itself was good, not the pasta. My main concern was the noise level. Granted, I'm not young, but the hard floors and high ceilings weren't softened by any soft covers, so it was deafening to me.”

“I’ve never bothered to write a Starbucks review, because who does? Honestly, this is by far the best Starbucks location I have ever been to in the maybe 500 locations I’ve been to.

Whoever is the manager (i believe Nala - but she might be the assistant manager) is should be promoted but please don’t on the other hand because it’s so well run.

Perfect example was today i walked in much later than usual and the barista offered me a water with my coffee.

This is the only location (outside of once some other place) that remembered my standard drink order.
