“I placed a mobile order for takeout at McDonald’s, and overall it was a good experience. The only small issue was finding the mobile pickup spot—it was a bit confusing to navigate and I had to drive around the building to figure it out.
But once I found the right spot, things went smoothly. I didn’t have to wait long at all—my Big Mac and fries came out quickly and hot. The service was fast and the food was just what I expected—classic McDonald’s quality!“
“Passing through on I 40 East to stop for some food and for my disabled mother to use the restroom and eat inside. The winds were crazy gusty. I parked as close to the entrance as possible. My mother decided to get out and try to walk to entrance and the wind blew her over. The staff rushed to her before I could and they were all so helpful and caring and kind. Bianca the manager stayed with us the whole time. Everybody brought napkins and ice. The employees at that location were truly heroic in every possible way. I was in pure panic mode because my mother is very large and her medical needs are extensive. I did not want to bring her on this trip with me, but she insisted. Honestly, I wouldn’t have known what to do had the employees not been so responsive.“
“They have updated the lobby to all ordering kiosks. I always have a customer order and had to wait a long time to talk to someone. And there seemed to be plenty of people to help. Having the staff shut off from the customers by the new wall of kiosks is not welcoming.“
