“Passing through on I 40 East to stop for some food and for my disabled mother to use the restroom and eat inside. The winds were crazy gusty. I parked as close to the entrance as possible. My mother decided to get out and try to walk to entrance and the wind blew her over. The staff rushed to her before I could and they were all so helpful and caring and kind. Bianca the manager stayed with us the whole time. Everybody brought napkins and ice. The employees at that location were truly heroic in every possible way. I was in pure panic mode because my mother is very large and her medical needs are extensive. I did not want to bring her on this trip with me, but she insisted. Honestly, I wouldn’t have known what to do had the employees not been so responsive.“
“I ordered a big Mac meal, a filet o fish meal and a filet o fish sandwich Why is it that everytime I get a filet o fish, I open the box and it looks like it was in the car with a crash test dummy previously? Really people? C'mon! I know you're job sucks but take some pride!“
“Honestly, I almost never eat at McDs, for a variety of reasons, but this time I had to get some quick, cheap food and the surrounding joints were super busy, so I bit the bullet and hit the drive thru. For the first time ever, I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese, because I heard it was rhe only McD burger that was made with fresh, not frozen, beef. Much to my surprise, I received one of the tastiest burgers I've ever gotten there. It was perfectly seasoned with salt and pepper, cooked medium well, and the slivered onions were larger and more flavorful than the normal onion bits they slap on the other burgers. Rounded out with a small fry and a water, I left pleasantly surprised, and will propably get one again“
