“They deleted my review on google. But 4 stars to the workers, cooks & food because they are awesome but I give 1 star for a manager or a shift leader. I am not the type to write a review on fast food only b/c I understand tht workers get upset & stressed due to poor management or low staff, so I try my best to be nice & patient. But today was different the manager or shift leader tried to tell me I didn't spend 15$ dollars on a meal when I had proof on my phone that I did. I tried telling him I had proof but he still was saying "you didn't pay 15$" like I was lying , he still tried telling me I didn't spend anything in the most rude way. Telling me to "speak up" with aggression like he's trying to start an argument with me when I tried to explain to him the situation calmly. Until finally i showed him my bank account balance, he believed me...i felt embarrassed.... I respect fast food workers for their hard work & them having to deal with bull from other ppl on the daily but I draw the line when they are aggressive & rude for no reason at all. I really didn't want to write a review but after all that trouble he still got my order wrong. His name is Nick Mata I believe.“
“It was so hot inside I felt like I was going to pass out. Also because of the new app options there are no employees able to help in the front. I tried getting someone's attention for a long time, and ended up giving up and walking away.“
“The environment inside is quiet, less traffic or customer. All clean and neat. Not sure why customer not coming back to dine inside. I hope the management do some promotions to attract business OR we might no longer have McDonald's in California any more in near future...Foods is good, not as fresh as other burger chain. Order only through Kiosks or on your phone McDonald's app ONLY. No AI or iRobot here yet.Parking: Free parking behind the McDonald's Or next to McDonald's.Kid-friendliness: Electronic game/arcade almost at each table.“
“Best McDonald's experience I've ever had. The lady who helped me even brought my food to the table. This absolutely blew my mind. The burgers I got were also hot and seemed fresh. Going to this McDonald's from now on instead of the one closer to my house“
