Excellent food, the owner/chef was gracious and highly competent. We had king salmon, which was really the best we've ever had. Main menu items were portioned for 2 people and this was accurate. We also ordered the mushrooms, which were a fantastic starter. Lovely wines, but the pour could have been larger for the per glass price...a minor matter. Highly recommend if you're wanting a special dining experience.
The best meal we had while we were in Cambria. The staff were accommodating and conscientious. The food was innovative and delicious. The atmosphere was cozy and unassertively elegant. I would highly recommend this restaurant to any and all.

My husband and I had an incredible dinner at Brydge during our weekend in Cambria. The food was absolutely phenomenal. We could tell there was so much intentionality put into every dish.
