About Subway

Subway, a popular sandwich chain, faces challenges with understaffing, particularly during peak lunch hours. Despite the limited staff, the employees strive to provide friendly service, with one worker, Terry, described as a delight who remains positive even when overwhelmed. The restaurant offers a variety of vegetarian options and has ample parking and wheelchair accessibility, making it a family-friendly dining destination. However, the app's readiness notifications and long wait times for orders suggest room for improvement in their operational efficiency.
