“Wonderful Sunday lunch last week. The fried cauliflower florets starter was great. Nicely fried, not greasy with a good thick pesto labane sauce. We loved the muhamarra with the fried pita strips. Had some the next day and it was still fantastic. The chicken pita sandwich was good. My chickpea salad was tasty, but I wasn’t expecting the chickpeas to be so firm. The chocolate babka was great, not too sweet. The staff was attentive and the service was prompt. Nice atmosphere too, casual and welcoming.“

“Listen… Shawarmaji understood the assignment. I ordered the chicken shawarma wrap and ate it like I hadn’t seen food in days. Every bite? Fire. Saucy, flavorful, perfectly wrapped happiness. No crumbs left behind.

The house salad? I was just trying to be a little healthy, but that pomegranate and sumac dressing hit me with a tart, tangy uppercut I did not see coming—in the best way possible. I would drink that dressing if it were socially acceptable.

Also ordered the assorted pickles because I’m a certified pickle girlie, and whew—they did not disappoint. Crunchy, salty, and slightly addictive.

Only slight letdown was the lemon mint drink. It was delicious, but baby... for the size and price? That thing vanished in three sips. I’m gonna need a refill included next time.

“Koubby (think kibbee), balls, football-shaped, cracked wheat outer shell with perfectly seasoned ground lamb, onion and pine nut filling is my all-time favorite. Tabbouleh Salad, Gyros, Falafels, Onion Rings, amazing shakes and refreshing lemonade also worthy!“

Lemon slices with water is awesome but I do have one complaint is the recent change to their chicken sumac recipe changed and my kids can’t eat the new saltier and spiced up recipe. Even the chicken shawarma is kind of spicy now and unable to feed to children. I hope you can fix this.“

I've been meaning to find good schwarma and honestly thought Falaffel Stop was a 10/10. Meatfactory is an 11/10.

Gadi has mastered the spices and herbs to a level I thought wasn't possible. I made sure to grab a 2nd order because I felt so bad eating something so good without my wife.

It was our first experience at this beautiful and comfortable establishment, and we were impressed with the food and service. I and one friend had Geymeh Bademjoon, which was delicious and very satisfying. My other friend had Shish Kabob with salad, and he said he enjoyed it. I would dine here regularly if I didn't live in Seattle!“

“Came by on a Friday as soon as they opened, Staff was very pleasant and patient with me as they explained the menu to me. I ordered a chicken and Falafel bowl, it was incredible the ingredients were fresh the chicken warm and the falafel was crispy. I would say the price is very competitive for today’s market specially because the serving is very large. I will be back anytime I’m working in the area.“

It wasn’t until my most recent experience where I began to think “could Larry be the owner” of this store? I wasn’t sure if this was a chain or not, I just love the cuisine. I must say, when I come to this store, I used to say “I wonder if my friend is there today” when i can now say “I wonder if Larry is there?” As a small business owner, I know value! And if I could afford Larry, I would hire him! I know the max is a five star review, but I’ve always felt Larry deserved every bit of a higher score. For those who have ever gone into an establishment and felt expertise that was underpriced vs. the service level given, you’d know what I mean. Eddy/Eddie (possibly the manager or owner) introduced himself and was very welcoming. Whether you're looking for groceries or take out food, the quality and customer service is topnotch.
