“I and two friends dined at Chelokababi Restaurant on Saturday evening, December 17, 2022. It was our first experience at this beautiful and comfortable establishment, and we were impressed with the food and service. I and one friend had Geymeh Bademjoon, which was delicious and very satisfying. My other friend had Shish Kabob with salad, and he said he enjoyed it. I would dine here regularly if I didn't live in Seattle!“

“I’m honestly surprised I didn’t discover this spot sooner. I had heard of it before, but this was my first visit and I was really impressed. It is a large, cozy space with simple interiors and a very busy kitchen, which says a lot about how much traffic they get. The food definitely lived up to the popularity.
I ordered the chicken kebab with the hummus plate as the base. I originally wanted to try the majadera rice and lentils, but they were out of it, probably because I visited close to closing time. Thankfully, the hummus plate turned out to be an excellent choice. The chicken was incredibly tender and well seasoned, and it came with generous portions of hummus, baba ghanoush, onions, cilantro, pickles, purple cabbage, and other sides. They even included fries in the mix, and surprisingly, everything worked together really well. It was such a unique combination that I was genuinely impressed.
I also tried a couple of falafel balls out of curiosity, and they paired really well with the rest of the meal. The only small downside was that the soda was not as cold as I would have liked. The staff were nice, although understandably quite busy with the rush.
Overall, this was a fantastic Mediterranean food experience and easily one of the more interesting combinations I’ve tried. I absolutely recommend it and cannot wait to come back.“

“Ordered a side of my favorite and best Falafels in town. Irma took my order and service was super quick. Staff are professionally friendly here and handle food respectfully. This location is occupied mostly to the capacity. Love Love their juice offerings.“

“Koubby (think kibbee), balls, football-shaped, cracked wheat outer shell with perfectly seasoned ground lamb, onion and pine nut filling is my all-time favorite. Tabbouleh Salad, Gyros, Falafels, Onion Rings, amazing shakes and refreshing lemonade also worthy!“

“We got the arabi style chicken wrap with fries, 10 falafel, and the rice pudding with pistachios. The food was super warm, we really loved how crispy the wrap was and how being cut up was easy to share - plenty of food for the two of us to share.“

“Been coming here since they opened. Lemon slices with water is awesome but I do have one complaint is the recent change to their chicken sumac recipe changed and my kids can’t eat the new saltier and spiced up recipe. Even the chicken shawarma is kind of spicy now and unable to feed to children. I hope you can fix this.“

“We couldn’t find it at first with google map directions and were about to leave. It’s actually behind the gas station. We tried beef and chicken doners and were amazing! They were huge even though we ordered regular size. Definitely recommend this place!“

“We had the shawarma wraps lamb and chicken, they were both really delicious, the best I have eaten in all California middleastern restaurants. The sandwiches were generous size and piled with generous amount of meat. customer service is excellent too I would definitely go back again and again. Wish they had an on-sight sit in options outdoors.“

“This is a very unique joint because it’s inside of a grocery store which made it unique, but the food itself was amazing. We were here from out of town in the Central Valley and the reviews were very good so we took a chance and we were very happy. The grocery store itself was amazing. They had some items that we can’t find back home so we did some grocery shopping as well. I would highly recommend this place two thumbs up.“

“I visited this café with my friends and we had a great experience. We ordered three different dishes, and everything was delicious and well prepared. The place was clean and уютный, creating a very comfortable atmosphere to relax and enjoy our time together. The service was also very good, staff were friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. Overall, it was a really pleasant visit, and I would definitely recommend this café to others. I’d be happy to come back again!“
