“My go to for lunch whenever I'm working in this area. I always order the Saaj wrap with falafel or chicken shawafel with all the fixings and it always hits the spot. The many options for fresh ingredients to add to your wrap or bowl is one of the many things I love about Saaj. The green sauce is a must! Not to mention, each meal comes with a warm lentil soup, which is great way to start any meal. The lady that works here provides genuinely, friendly service and is informative if you have any questions. My only wish is that they had a location closer to where I reside in Fairfield!“
“I’ve been on a falafel dry spell, and by dry spell, I mean every single one I’ve tried in years has been hella dry. Not so at Falafel Flare! The falafel were soft and the herbs inside them combined with the chickpea meal to create a nice, balanced flavor. I dug the pickled radish in the wrap and wish they’d included more! My only complaint is that the flavors were a bit tame, so I’d definitely recommend asking for the hot sauce, too—and more radish!Interestingly, this place used to be called Falafel Flame. The front door had the “m” peeled away, which is now replaced by an “R”. I want the 411 on that situation! It made me laugh to see the obvious change to the name.“
“Kid-friendliness: Every dish I've tried so far is super delicious and great flavor, quality ingredients and preparation, and served caringly. This establishment deserves your business! I also appreciate the wonderful service. Very kind owner/manager. My toddler and I arrived at closing time recently and rather than just turn us away empty handed, they offered us something to take free of charge just because he saw my son was asking for food and didn't want to send him away hungry. I was in awe of this gesture. I'd had one dine-in meal there previously and also take-out, this place quickly become a family favorite.“
“Honestly everything was excellent. The food was fresh and flavorful, the service was intentful and speedy, and the atmosphere was inviting and cozy. The menu had a focused but varies collection of meat/kabob dishes. I ordered the chicken breast kabob plate. 17 bucks. Such a bargain for the amount of food these days and it tasted home cooked and prepared with pride--you can tell. The rice was perfectly seasoned and the entire plate was nicely balanced with a yogurt based cabbage slaw. Definitely will be coming back.“
“It’s in the LOCAL KITCHENS store front that has lots of small food businesses made in one micro foodhall set up.The pita and falafel and quality is still awesome, just more of a fast food counter service set up. Vegan falafel pita sandwich is awesome.Good benches to eat outside.“
“Chelo Kabobs is the best I will recommend this place if you want to have a good meal experience trust me you won't regretThey're customer service is bestLast time I tried to put reviews unfortunately I forgot the food was so Delicious and i eat it yumJust give it try you will satisfiedGod blessed KabobI can say the kabob house is better than the another place's is run with family whom care about business and their customer'sYes is family businessI tried all of their food but always my favorite is Kabob and always tasty and deliciousThank you!!“
“Went here last Saturday and it was so delicious. This place serves up really tasty and healthy food at a very reasonable price. Also, massive shout out to the super cute red-headed girl working last Saturday! Wish i had the courage to ask if she was single.“
“I was here last Sunday and got the rack of lamb and a glass of wine. The lamb was overcooked, the vegis were raw, and the garlic mashed potatoes were absolutely awful(no flavor, no substance like instant box potatoes). I didnt hate my meal and I'd love to come back, but for the price point I'd like a better attention to quality. I dinged down the atmosphere because a plastic tent is kind of a turnoff. The server that night was spectacular.“
“As far as reviews go, it's crazy that 2 salads ? cost what they do (baby green base of a Bowl). But the one piece of Grilled Saffron Chicken was pretty good, as was the Lamb Beef. You can pick out your own sauces to add.We ate lunch inside and there was plenty of seating. The tall chairs were a litlltle wobbly, so be aware with young kids or those with some instability.Dietary restrictions: For those wanting healthier, macro-friendly options, there's plenty if you steer clear of french fries and rice. The Bowls with baby green base and lighter on sauce did it for us. Next time, will double the protein.Parking: Plenty of parking, but be aware backing out that people are rushing through to get to Starbucks' drive-thruKid-friendliness: 10 & 11 year old has no issues“
“10/10. The food was delicious. The chapli kabob can be made spicy which had a good kick if you like, I also tried my sister's spicy beef gyro plate, which was also amazing. They had great service and checked in on customers. The ambiance is nice, it's an Afghan restaurant that isn't in a food court, I forgot I was in the mall. This is the best Afghan food I've had in the Pleasanton area, I'll definitely be back!“
“Just ordered chickpea salad. Was very good.Cashier was there to help. Though was standing there watching me while I looked at menu. Would like a smile if going to watch me. Though was nice to me and glad he didn't react when I just ordered a salade (some places do).The place looks great overallOverall service was good and I noticed employees were nice and there to help others.Recommend putting signs for recycle and trash.“
