“I have to admit, Charleys Philly Steaks caught me off guard. I originally stopped by because I was hungry and wanted something quick, but it turned into one of those meals that was much better than expected.

The cheesesteak came out hot, packed with meat, and loaded with flavor. What I appreciated most was the simplicity of it. No unnecessary gimmicks, no attempt to reinvent the wheel—just a satisfying sandwich made fresh to order. The combination of the grilled steak, melted cheese, and soft bread worked exactly the way it should.

I also noticed how busy the place was, yet the staff kept things moving efficiently. My order arrived quickly, and everything looked fresh. That’s not always easy in a fast-casual restaurant, especially during busy hours.

There are plenty of places where you spend more money and leave less satisfied. Charleys feels like the opposite. It’s not trying to be a luxury dining experience, but it delivers exactly what it promises: a filling, flavorful meal that leaves you happy. If you’re walking through the mall and can’t decide where to eat, this is a choice that’s hard to regret.“

“I used to come here often and decided to try it again. I was definitely ordering a Philly cheesesteak. They have 3 different cheese option but I went with the yellow cheese. It used to be serviced on a larger roll but this time it was more like a skinny baguette. They were also light on the cheese. Still gave them 4 stars since the meat was tasty, bread was fresh and service was quick.“

“Good stuff! Philly Classic. If you want everything on it, make sure you order the right one. I had a Philly Cheesesteak in NY, right off a street cart and it had everything on it. I guess that's why I thought a Classic had everything.
Regardless, this place was great!“
