Dragon King Restaurant Reviews
No dine in so I won’t review service and atmosphere. Crab Rangoon was good. Orange chicken was fairly good but some pieces had more orange flavor than others. Black pepper beef had lots of vegetables and would have preferred more beef, flavor was good but could have been more peppery. Xo sauce string beans didn’t have much flavor, but I tasted the sauce in the bottom of the container and it was good so maybe the beans need to marinate more. I’ll try it again tomorrow...read full review
I found this place on Yelp. I've past by it many times, but it really doesn't have curb appeal inviting you to stop. However, the food is excellent! And the portions are generous. We had four different items, all very good, Especially the fried rice. It was nicely seasoned, and packed full of veggies, fried egg, etc. That's usually not the case at most places.
Best Chinese food, everything is always consistent and tasty. Big portions. I especially love their orange chicken and friend rice ?

The Dragon King Restaurant offers a delightful dining experience, serving a variety of fresh-tasting Chinese dishes. The menu features popular options like veggie chow mein and the renowned orange chicken, which customers have praised for its exceptional flavor. The portions are generous, often enough to feed two meals, and the pricing is considered fair, making it an excellent choice for takeout or on-the-go dining. Many customers find the food to be consistently good, with dishes like the Crab Rangoon and black pepper beef standing out, although some note that the orange flavor in the orange chicken can vary in intensity.
The restaurant is praised for its well-seasoned, fresh food that is served in large portions. The fried Pork Chop with spicy salt and orange chicken are favorites, noted for being crispy, flavorful, and well-prepared. While some customers prefer their rice a bit dryer for perfect fried rice, others enjoy the steamed rice included with their meals. The mushu is also highly recommended, with customers describing it as beyond delicious and reminiscent of the traditional taste of chow mein from their childhood.
Although the dining space may be limited, the food quality remains high, and the food is perfect for takeout. Despite some minor service concerns, the overall experience is satisfying, especially for those seeking classic Chinese takeout done right. The restaurant is often considered better than other local Chinese spots, with many customers calling it their go-to for comfort Chinese cuisine.
