“My Mom and I regularly frequent the restaurant in Murrieta. We so look forward to seeing the amazing staff. Every time we go it feels like we are at a party. We especially love waiter Lee. He is a credit to Sizzler. He is always upbeat, fun and attentive. He makes celebrating a birthday or anniversary a really good time, and we love to sing with him to celebrate the other customers. We also want to give a shout out to Mercedes who is also one of our favorites. Then there's manager Guillermo. He is so pleasant and always present on the dining room floor. He makes us feel like family along with manager John. They are always checking in to make sure we have everything we need. The next area of excellence is the food. Always fresh, bountiful and delicious. They keep the food buffet and the salad bar immaculately clean and full. The bus staff is always keeping the tables clean once customers have left, you never see a table with dirty dishes for very long. In fact the entire restaurant is always clean including the floors. That location is really setting the standard of how all restaurant visits should be.“

“My GO TO Sushi spot. Date night yes! I even order to go probably once a week from here because it’s that good. I will say the dine-in experience is astounding. We are always to well taken care of and the servers are always so welcoming and never disappoint. I’m very picky about my sushi and I genuinely enjoy this place everytime.“

“Yesterday, I went to pick up a to-go order and noticed that the employee managing the dining area was handling multiple tables by herself. She appeared very stressed, which I understand, and I don't blame her for being busy. My concern is that the attention given to pickup orders seemed to be overlooked.

After waiting patiently, she asked for the name on my order and informed me that they were finishing it up. However, by that point, I had already been there for nearly an hour and still had not received my food. She remained focused on the dine-in customers and later told me she would get my order right away.

What disappointed me most was the lack of communication. When my food was finally ready, it was simply left on a counter/table without anyone letting me know. The employee did not hand me the order or acknowledge that it was ready, and instead immediately returned to serving other customers.

I understand that busy shifts can be overwhelming, but all customers deserve the same level of service and communication, whether they are dining in or picking up an order. I hope this was just an unusually stressful day and that greater attention can be given to pickup customers in the future. The experience felt unprofessional, and my order was not handled with the care and attention I expected.“

“I had such a wonderful dining experience here. Everything we ordered arrived looking fresh and artfully arranged on the plates. The shrimp tempura was perfectly crisp and made for a great start to our meal.

“It started out because my sister wanted sushi and im new to the area and said hey, Why not? Well turns out it was a fantastic experience. The food was delicious. The waitress was amazing and I like that it's family owned. I would absolutely recommend this place and I will to my friends. Thank you again for the lunch today, it was fantastic! Make sure to get the big boy roll. I will be returning also their 🥭 mochi delicious 😋

“Ok I have been meaning to try this spot for awhile and today the wife and I finally tried it. The wife had the hot mess which was in a nutshell eggs benedict, with bacon wrapped meatloaf and their house sauce. I tasted it and it was the bomb! I had the cavatelli noodles with house made Italian sausage and a a garlic sauce. Can't wait to go back and try another dish! Tables were clean, staff professional, great atmosphere, conveniently located, clean bathrooms.“

“I’m visiting from Oklahoma, and went with my boyfriends family. It was so good I said that had to go back before I left California to return home. I had peanut sauce chicken and orange chicken (split the two dishes between him and me). The picture taken is from the orange chicken, which I returned just to have that again. The Thai iced tea with cream is so delicious too! The orange chicken is crispy and made fresh to order making it the best I’ve ever had. This place is a treasure in the area, and worth going to as orange chicken is usually something even picky eaters will like.“

“I really wanted to like this place, because the food was really good. A girlfriend of mine and my 9 year old son visited here on Tuesday around 4pm. We walked in, we're immediately greeted and sat in a comfy booth, noticing the very unique artwork and decor. Pros: The Cadillac Margaritas on the rocks were very good. Ordered to start the guacamole and chips, was very tasty. We shared the Main Lobster Puerto Nuevo Style, the cook level was on point, and the seasonings were delicious. Now we were told it's 2 lbs of meat, which was definitely not the case. The cost for how much meat, I would say, is not worth the price at $95 an order. My son had grilled chicken tacos that he said were good. And we all appreciated the little churro ice cream dessert I received for a special birthday surprise. Cons: On a 1-10 level of volume, the music was at a 9, for 4pm on a Tuesday, it felt like they were trying to turn the place into a dayclub. Just seemed unnecessary to have it that loud. We could barely hear each other across the table. After sitting a while listening to the music, I would absolutely never bring my son back here. A couple of songs passed as we sat, where every other word was N$gg@#, F@$k, or other explicit words. Some may not agree, but I'm only 38 and find that highly inappropriate for a restaurant. Now, if that's the ambiance you want to have in your restaurant, no argument, however, then make it a 18 and up place or post something stating children may not be the best audience for your restaurant. We even made a comment to our waiter, and he just smiled and said, "Ya, there's a lot of songs like that we play!" and walked off. Our service was definitely less than stellar with him, let me tell you. As we walked in, we stated it was our first time. Anytime we asked a question, before we could finish our question, we were cut off and met with a very dismissive, hasty response as he would be walking away as well. It felt as if we were offending him or he just had more important things to do. Their menu is very confusing, as we were trying to figure out the taco pricing (since it was Taco Tuesday). The service from our waiter, I would say, was a 1 of 10. He was not friendly (even though he smiled) his demeanor was uninviting and sometimes condescending. In the end, thankfully, we had another young lady who was taking care of us. She was very sweet and pleasant as we commented on our concerns she stated she would let the manager know. In understanding, it's not her fault, we would've told our waiter. However, he disappeared after we received our food. All in all, this place has good food, but it is not good enough for us to spend almost $200 for horrible and condescending service.“
