The outdoor seating does have heaters around. Bar seating is also here.Food: I ordered the chicken katsu and it came with rice and another side. It was good, especially with their pineapple BB sauce. I also tried the coconut shrimp which was really crispy and good.Service: you might have to wait for seating, but everyone I interacted with is friendly and helpful. The people at the takeout, the bartenders, and the servers. They have TVs all around the place showing premier sports like March Madness games.Drinks: They are really great for the price. “Absolutely the best venue I played in so far in California. I performed here on Friday Dec 22. The staff was very helpful, even gave me a few more black coffees than I originally needed early on in the night. I felt good playing for the people there, I think some of the crowd really got what I was doing and got to build a little community. “Went last Wednesday night and had exceptional service from Tray. Delicious Calamari Steak dinner was ordered by our host and he ate every delicious morsel. Loved the French Onion soup that was delicious. Had the blackened salmon and a Caesar salad, so perfect! Ordered a slice of key lime pie that was to die for. Going there again tonight it was that lovely of an experience.Parking: We arrived at 6:30...3 open spots.Kid-friendliness: Saw a younger family celebrating a birthday. Kids were happy to be there.Wheelchair accessibility: We had no problems with parking or access.“

“This was the first restaurant we jumped into in Santa Cruz Ever. Partly due to it raining we went in there and we didn’t know what other restaurants would be on the board walk. The food was great. Sea bass, was amazing. The clam chowder was darn good, the strawberry milk shakes were delightful. The service was a bit slow but they were super busy. Our server was very nice. The atmosphere was loud and fun but now overly noisy. Being able to see the beach from inside is a very nice experience.“
“I went down to help support the recently storm damaged businesses in town. I was met with a cheerful hello and a nice warm place to have lunch.I had the toasted BLT and fries. Good proportions at a decent price. The sandwich was a bit on the greasy side for my tastes, but it was very good otherwise. I'll try it another day with a request to use a little less oil next time. I recommend the place for sure!“
