“I'm not sure why Wetzel's has so many low reviews. It seems like many reviewers are taking things personally or have no understanding or graciousness when it comes to people working in Customer service.I love Wetzel's Pretzels. I've come here many, many times, and have never had a negative experience. The food is always fresh and delicious, and the staff are polite and helpful. We often come to the mall just to get a pretzel :)I hope people can lighten up a little. The world is a kind place and people aren't out to get you :)“
