We love the Pho and spring rolls we had today as well as the dishes we had at other visits. The staff is friendly and the restaurant is clean. I am grateful for this addition to Capitola and recommend eating here.

Super Noodle is a restaurant in Capitola. The Pho and spring rolls are loved, as well as other dishes. The staff is friendly and the restaurant is clean. It is a great addition to Capitola. The chicken & veggie pho is loved, even by those who do not like pho. Other dishes including the curry & egg rolls are impressive. The service is great. It is the best Pho-Place in Capitola. The food is great under $20. Soup is comfort food, particularly on cold foggy days, but there are also many other tasty rice and noodles dishes apart from the delicious soups. The Asian dishes have a home cooked taste. The service is great. Fresh and Fried rolls and Chicken and Beef dishes are always tender. There is no MSG. It is the best bowl of pho in the Santa Cruz area without having to drive over the hill. They do not provide many herbs, so you will have to ask for extra, but they will oblige. The customer service is outstanding. The spring noodles are large, packed with lots of good things like shrimp, cilantro, and noodles. The order comes with four rolls. Prices are reasonable. The owner is very friendly and the restaurant is clean. They also have boba tea and the mango tea is delicious.
