“Not as good as it used to be but still a solid choice for lunch. The portions are a bit smaller and there is a no cash policy that really feels foreign. The teriyaki sauce is as delicious as it used to be though! Most of the staff is nice. I stop in about once per month.“

“I’ve always loved going to surf bros back when it was at La Jolla town center and in poway so I know the food quite well. Sucks to have drive farther out of the way but honestly worth it for the simplicity of the food lol great chicken and rice and I love the teriyaki sauce! I buy the bottles every time. Super good and easy.“

“The food here is fresh off the grill. Be prepared to wait 15 mins. Call ur order in advance. Servings are large, really 2 meals in one. That being said, it's fresh, it's clean, it's good to go ! Atmosphere is OK for casual lunch, not so much for dinner. Git it to go !!Way better than L&L !!“

“This is our favorite spot to eat at after school and before practice. They have great food and large portions. Fish tacos are excellent also. The cooks are quick and amazing, plus, never have to ask for extra sauce. Also, regularly not a wait. My son loves the BBQ beef.

“The perfect spot for catering any party! I've used this specific L & L location many times over the years for parties. They are so friendly and helpful getting the order exactly right. A couple of family members have food allergies, and L&L has always been so accommodating. They have always met timelines and also offer delivery to the event which is so nice. Crystal and her team are truly all-stars. She really treats you like family when you work with her. The food is amazing too. Don't forget to add on some lumpia because it's very authentic and delicious. I will always support this business for how well they've treated my family and I over the years. Mahalo!
