I tried a blueberry banana cheesecake sour that tasted like it came straight from a dessert menu. Meanwhile, the “Side Pull Pillows” Czech pilsner was perfectly clean and balanced—proof they do the classics just as well as the experimental. The space is laid-back and welcoming. Plenty of seating both inside and out, misters on the patio for hot days, and dog-friendly! The staff was super knowledgeable and happy to offer recommendations based on what I liked. You can really tell the team here cares about quality and innovation. Also, the service was fast, friendly, and genuinely passionate about beer—which makes a huge difference. Whether you’re into crushable lagers, pastry stouts, or bold fruit-forward sours, Burning Barrel has something that’ll blow you away.
