“When I first moved to Sacramento, this is one of the very first places my aunt and I discovered well, she discovered it first, anyways, it's become such an etched entity in my brain. I will never forget this place. I don't go as often as I would like, nor as often as I did before, but in all respect it is one of the best places. It's a hidden gem. Most definitely the name says it all. And by such crazy circumstances, my aunt actually works there Now. She's one of the bartenders, Go figure. But most definitely if you are in Sacramento and you're just wanting to go out for some nightlife but casually this is the spot. Karaoke is amazing! Super fun. So are all the people. It's more diverse now than it was before, But you have to understand word of mouth now so people do show up! I love this bar. I really do. They do a lot of potlucks as well. There's not large amounts of food that is available there but they will on occasions have the hot dogs going. They have a wonderful bloody Mary Saturday and I say wonderful and that word does not do it justice. They are amazing but you'll have to find the actual Saturdays that they are available. Trust and believe you will not be disappointed after coming here. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️“

The food was delicious, the staff was phenomenal, and the ambiance was immaculate. I had the spicy ceaser and will be back as soon as possible to have it again. I recommend this place to anyone interested in trying it. Very reasonably priced aswell! If I could give more stars and a higher rating, I would.“

“WOW WOW WOW!!! Absolutely delicious food and great service! There were six of us and we all ordered something different off the menu and we tasted and shared everything and it was excellent…… I would not consider this to be pub food……. it is exceptional! I wish they would open one in El Dorado Hills!!!“

“Delicious food! Cooking it ourselves was cool too, but was getting frustrated that our grill got replaced 2ce for every serving. Like the grill just got to temp and seasoned, we just wanted to cook 1 serving all the way through before he made us swap,. i know yall wanna keep it clean, but relax a bit yall lol. “Chill spot with a cozy vibe — perfect for a slower dinner or catching up after school events. The food’s solid, the live music’s a nice touch, and it feels more grown-up than the usual fast food run. Overheard some parents chatting about college costs… someone said UC Davis just isn’t worth it anymore unless you’re going for vet school. With that price tag? Kinda hard to argue.“

“Came here for the first time last Friday. I'm surprised this place wasn't slammed packed. The atmosphere, the food, the service, music and cleanliness was 10/10. I made a reservation but didn't need it. My friend and I sat at the bar. Our bartender was Amanda. She was fun, friendly and makes amazing drinks! I initially came here because I am a sucker for a Happy Hour and this place did not disappoint! EXTENSIVE menu, nice portions, and the HH timeframe is convenient unlike other places. I would recommend this for a datenight or a girls night out for sure! Ask for Amanda!“

“They have Karaoke on Wed which was really fun. This BLT was to die for. Triple Decker with Avocado and I had them put the Jalapeño on the side. Shoestring fries were yummy. My friend got a burrito that was less than stellar and totally different from the menu description, she liked it though. The interior is big and has a stage right in the middle. It was hot outside but inside was cool and comfortable. The stairs were the biggest drawback lol.“

“Nice neighborhood bar with several pool tables, 2 dart machines and a few pinball machines. Its no longer Johnny's club 53 tho. There's a new owner and it's now called Time Out Tavern. Pool tournaments every Thursday night at 8pm.“
