Woo hoo love this place...tip well they deserve it
We came by to extend surprise BD celebration & visit w/our friends longer. I'd never been there before but it was exactly the kind of place to go. Two pool tables, a good music option (you can't call it a jukebox anymore). Really good bar selection & Lacey who was on as BT was funny, friendly & attentive. Not just to the regulars, but everyone. We had a great time.

Happy Bar Cocktails is a cool little bar with a nice community feel, where you can enjoy reasonably priced drinks and play music on touch tunes. The diverse crowd creates a great atmosphere, especially with the presence of pool tables. Karaoke is amazing and super fun, with great people making it a hidden gem in Sacramento. The bar does not serve large amounts of food, but they occasionally have hot dogs and host potlucks. Happy Bar makes a really good bloody Mary on the first Saturday of every month. Friendly bartenders create great cocktails, and the staff is delightful, making everyone feel welcome. With its casual nightlife vibe and fun activities, it’s a recommended spot for those living in the area.
