I see some reviews talking about the flavor of the noodles being bland but there is a whole section of sauces and tins of garlic and ginger and chili oil you can add, follow the suggested add-ins. Ask them to cook it an extra time around the griddle, they are afraid of burning food onto the cooking surface but the extra flavor on everything is worth it. If you get it to-go they let you bring your own container and fill up multiple bowls for your one trip through. Worth stopping buy again and again.“
