“The service was amazing. I went through the drive-thru to order my food (last week on two separate occasions), and both trips were a very positive experience. My order is always a little complex because of my families special diets. However, they got the order right, and I didn't have to explain it over and over. They were fast and friendly. The area is a little sketchy, with lots of questionable characters hanging around outside the building. And even though they may be harmless, it's still uncomfortable. Because of this, I didn't give 5 stars.“

I've tried Nixtacos and hated the food which was bland and super overpriced. My regular mexican place the cilantro is always like frozen and the result is nasty cilantro. One thing that stood out for me about Nikos Tacos is that the onions had a nice crunch and the cilantro was super fresh - the cane asada (to my surprise) was perfectly cooked - not hard and dry, but easy to chew with great flavor! The added cheese and crema at the top which looked excessive when I saw in the pictures actually brought it all together and gave it that salt. Excellent ? tacos and I look forward to trying out other things on their menu! Thank you!“

“The food is outrageously good. It’s not your everyday americanized Mexican stuff. I had an asada burrito they adjusted for my allergies without any problems. It was about 12 bucks, but huge. My friend had some tacos. He was a little surprised by the radishes, I had to explain that this was actual real Mexican food. He found them very satisfying. It’s a little place. So look out for it. I truly want to give them my highest recommendations.

Parking space is limited (like 3) so it may be better to park on the side streets and walk to the taco stand. Their Al Pastor is well worth the wait, the horchata, toppings, and sauces are also fantastic. I usually come around 6:30pm since the vendor tends to set up a bit later than usual. Cash only!“

It was very difficult to find parking, since there is only 4 parking spots, 1 being for accessibility and another one is being taken up by an outside table, Very limited parking. It is also next door to a recycling place so there’s tons of people in the area unloading cans and plastic bottles. I recommend the business but parking is challenging. Overall good place for good food.“

“Randomly stopped here while out on some errands and wanted some lunch. Got 4 Pastor tacos for $11. The meat was perfectly tender and marinated, the tortillas are good and the salsas are great too. Although there are some things I could see people not liking about this place and that is the salsa not being self serve. It doesn’t come in a container, it’s served on the taco. For me it’s the perfect amount of salsa but for people who like to choose how much salsa they get it could be off putting. The little trailer is only ran by the sole owner so have patience when ordering. Will be coming back soon. 4.8/5.

“One of the hidden gems of in Citrus Heights probably the best tacos in East Sacramento. The tacos have a nice flavor and are very are very fresh. The tacos costed 1.75 the last time went.
